We are proud to report an additional 3 contracts booked since our last communication, bringing this project to 12 total homes under contract. This crosses us over the halfway point at 63% SOLD OUT of our super luxury oceanfront condos. A total of 12 contracts booked to date now stands at $81.5 M, with record setting pricing still being achieved. Our contracted sales price per square foot continues to track higher than pro-forma projections that were conservatively bank projected at $1495 per square foot at project start. 7 luxury condo units remain to be sold. With the prime FL selling season upon us our ability to deliver these built and finishing condo units with COs during 2nd quarter of 2021 is attractive to our buyer profile.
