Project Details
Cioffe Enterprises [CEI], is pleased to announce the opportunity to co-invest in the development of Legacy Harbour, located on the Caloosahatchee river in Fort Myers. The Fort Myers City Council approved a plan for Legacy Harbour that included two, 25-story towers featuring 352 residential unit and 37,658 square feet of commercial space, with permitting and construction on Phase 1. AIRN Management, the property owner, is seeking to update the plan to:
- Extend the timeline for Phase I permitting and construction
- Increase the total number of residential units to 377
- Increase the total amount of commercial square footage to 37,673
- Include 37,506 square feet of public open space, including a riverwalk and park

Legacy Harbour extends the River District south on West First Street. Located on 4.7 acres of property, the project connects downtown Fort Myers with the historic McGregor neighborhood.
