The Grand on 508 51st Street. Since the official ground breaking in August 2021, we have made significant strides with removing rock and finishing the foundation. We have completed the parking garage foundation. With the rise of construction prices we are looking at every single line item and working with the GC on creative way to budget according.
The FUND will develop a parking deck that will create close to 500 parking spaces. 60% of these spaces will be accessible to the public, adding necessary parking to the city of West New York. We also have a 30-year tax abatement plan – approved by the city – which will manage to further decrease operating costs while increasing the valuation of the property upon selling it.
